The Punjab administration gave permission for the Maryam Nawaz Free Parwaz Card to be launched at the meeting. This card is for young individuals who are good at something and desire to work in another country. It intends to make it easier for young people to apply for jobs abroad and assist them in becoming financially independent.

Officials announced that the Free Parwaz Card will allow young people who have been taught to get jobs with companies around the world and look for better career alternatives outside of Pakistan.

Progress in Skill Training and Employment

People from the Department of Skills Development and Entrepreneurship explained some new programming for getting people trained. It was said that more than 180,000 young people have gotten jobs and professional training. All of these completed training in the last few months.

Many of the 75,000 people who took this class have already found work. Also, 15,000 people have found work with foreign groups. These numbers show that there is a need for skilled workers and that efforts to train people are paying off.

Contribution of TEVTA and Punjab Vocational Training Council

Technical training in Punjab has grown by more than 21% over the past five years, which is a sign of sustained progress in workforce development.

Women from Bahawalpur, Sargodha, Gujranwala, Lodhran, and Faisalabad would get training in the first phase. By April 1, 2026, the government wants to have trained more than 2,100 women. It is hoped that this program will assist women to make money and raise their standard of living.

The Free Parwaz Card and more training programs are meant to enable skilled young people and women to have better and more stable futures.
